Once you receive the application, you will be asked to upload the following documents so please have them ready:

  • Voided check
  • Face page of most recent tax return
  • 2019 IRS Form 941 or 944
  • Drivers License
  • Operating Agreement/DBA Filing
  • Payroll Processing Report
  • EIDL Loan Information

The Newtek team is working 24/7 around the clock on processing requests; however, it’s important to note we do not have a timetable as to when you will receive an email to begin the process. Please excuse the enormous back log we’re facing during this unprecedented time - we hope to correct this in the very near future as our processing and funding has begun. We ask that you check your inbox & SPAM folder regularly for the Newtek message and begin the process upon receipt. From there, the application should only take a few days to process. This program is available to eligible small businesses that have been negatively affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Subject to government limitations, your business may be able to borrow up to 2-1/2 times your monthly payroll expense.
