Many of you have provided us with feedback on your portal with Newtek Merchant Solutions. We are grateful for the suggestions and want you to know we are listening.
Here are some improvements we have made so far:
Duplicate feature added to create an additional record or a copy of an existing one
Hierarchy feature added- Agency/Rep views and validation of codes
Agency access will be able to view all deals
Rep access can only view their own deals and only use their assigned rep code
ZCP vs. Traditional fees
If ZCP is selected the appropriate hard coded fees (per occurrence and monthly) will zero out
If Traditional pricing is selected - Tiered or Interchange - hard coded (per occurrence and monthly fees) will repopulate in the appropriate fields
There are more updates coming in the future.
