Review Your Residuals
Your Residual Portal has been updated as of today, July 20.
To view your monthly residuals, follow these steps:
- Go to: nmsportal.newtekone.com and log in using your username and password
- On the main page, select a "Type" in the dropdown box and click "Go"
- Click on the plus sign (+) in the first column to see a summary of the payment by MID
- Click on the "View Info" icon under the # sign next to the MID to see Metrics, Revenue, and Expense information for that merchant
- You have the option to view the Detailed Residual Earnings report by clicking the "Residual" menu item at the top of the page.
