Your Residual Portal has been updated as of today, August 20. To view your monthly residuals in the NMS Portal, please follow these steps: Go to: nmsportal.newtekone.com and log in using your username and password On the main page, select a "Type" in the dropdown box and click "Go" Click on the plus sign (+) in the first column to see a summary of the payment by MID Click on the "View Info" icon under the # sign next to the MID to see Metrics, Revenue, and Expense information for that merchant You have the option to view the Detailed Residual Earnings report by clicking the "Residual" menu item at the top of the page. To view your monthly residuals using your analytical tool in the ISO Portal / Newtracker, please follow these steps: Go to: newtekreferrals.com and log in using your username and password On the top bar, select "Residuals" Use the filters at the top to change your analysis preferences ie: month over month graphical comparisons Scroll down to analyze Merchant Level Residuals analysis We would be happy to walk you through the process to get you comfortable pulling these reports on your own in the future.
