Please be advised that the statement message below will be sent to all merchants on their October month end statement as we are targeting to administer the fee on the November month end statement.

October Month End Statement Message

During a difficult calendar year, in order to provide you with a higher level of service, Newtek Merchant Solutions has invested in upgrading our system hardware and software, reporting capabilities, 24/7 customer service and support, and our overall solutions. As a result, Newtek Merchant Solutions is implementing a Systems and Service Upgrade Fee of $99 to each of our clients. This fee will appear on your November monthly statement. If there are any questions, please call our Customer Service department at 1-800-277-6980.
