NMS's parent company, Newtek Business Services Corp., has been active in helping keep businesses running since the onset of the pandemic.

New Members of the NMS Executive Team
To spur innovation and improvements to our solutions and services, we are excited to announce these new members to the NMS Executive team.
David Simon – Chief Operating Officer
David comes to NMS with over 25 years' experience in financial services and banking, with an extensive background in electronic payments, banking, and credit, debit and prepaid cards across consumer, small businesses and corporate finance sectors.
Andrew Jadatz – Senior Vice President, Product Development
Andrew comes to NMS with over 30 years' experience in the merchant services arena, with an extensive background in product development and management, managing and coordinating system integrations, as well as developing systems, processes, and procedures to streamline corporate operations.
Shawn Ecksel – Senior Vice President, Business Development
Shawn comes to NMS with 15 years' experience in sales and product development, with extensive background in merchant services, payments, and credit cards. Most recently, he was Vice President of Sales & Business Development at USPAY Group LLC.
Michael Breier –Vice President, Independent Sales Organization ("ISO")/Agent Development
Michael comes to NMS with over 15 years' experience in the merchant services industry, with an extensive background in ISO management, business development and risk management. Most recently, he was Vice President, Business Development at Priority Payment Systems.
Jim Corcoran – Vice President, Project Management
Jim previously worked at Fiserv/First Data for 22 years in leadership roles including Large Scale Program and Project Management, Sales Operations and Merchant Boarding, and Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence.
