We wanted to take a moment to congratulate Sonia Imperial on being the first River City FCU employee to assist a local business! Please see below for a brief recap of how Sonia was able to win this member's business:
Sonia was able to connect with Gustavo of Kermex Fiesta Mexicana, a local business owner and River City FCU member and identify his need to accept credit card payments for his company. Immediately after the conversation, a referral was submitted through NewTracker and Gustavo received a call from one of our Business Services Specialists.
The Business Service Specialist was able to identify exactly what Gustavo needed and recommended one of our many solutions. Within a few weeks the solution was implemented, and Gustavo was able to start accepting credit card payments for his interior design business.
