While we are reviewing your loan portal it would be helpful in speeding up the documentation process if you can do the following:

1. Check your portal and ensure that the slot marked Certificate of Secretary has a fully completed and signed document uploaded. Please remember that the individual that is designated to sign on behalf of your company must have provided a valid (not expired) government-issued ID In the slot identified “Driver’s License”;
2. Check your portal and ensure the slot marked “Operating agreement/bylaws” has a fully executed document for the company that is borrowing the PPP funds. The name of the Company in the agreement must match that under which you applied for the PPP loan.
