To help speed up the documentation process while in final review, please check your loan portal and ensure the following marked slots are complete:
  1. "Certificate of Secretary" has a fully completed and signed document uploaded. Please remember that the individual that is designated to sign on behalf of your company must have provided a valid (not expired) government-issued ID In the slot identified “Driver’s License”;
  2. “Operating agreement/bylaws” has a fully executed document for the company that is borrowing the PPP funds. The name of the Company in the agreement must match that under which you applied for the PPP loan.
Completing these documents helps us expedite your loan more quickly. Also, note, if your plans have changed and no longer would like a PPP loan, please contact your BSS, who can cancel your application with the SBA and Newtek.
