Recent Improvements to the ISO Portal |
Many of you have provided us with feedback on the Newtek Merchant Solutions portal. We are grateful for the suggestions and want you to know we are listening!
The following are recent improvements we want to make you aware of:
- Duplicate feature added. Once the merchant information is added, a "copy to new project" button eliminates the need to re-enter merchant details again.
- Hierarchy feature added. Agency view and Rep view!
- Agency level access can view all merchants for all agency reps.
- Rep access can only view rep-merchants.
- Zero Cost Processing (ZCP) vs. Traditional Processing Fees.
- On the application and portal, if ZCP is selected, the appropriate hard coded fees will now be $0!
- On the application and portal, if Traditional Processing is selected, the appropriate hard coded fees will now be listed.
